Catch up

Time flew by this summer and I'm going to try to get back into a monthly or every other month update. These are the days I want to always remember. Our little angel makes life so fun and he is growing fast and developing such a personality. At 22 months we are seeing glimpses of the terrible twos and have a stubborn one on our hands! Thankful that his hitting phase has passed for the most part and loving the new skill of talking and understanding what we are asking of him. 

Current favorites: 

-his blankets, always requesting "two" of them for every nap

-everything football. Gets so excited cheering and clapping every time it's on TV or he sees any football memorabilia- a boy after his daddy's heart!

-candy. Enough said. 

-playing catch and being outside - all day, everyday!

-playing at the park 

-watching trucks and diggers in the neighborhood

-music and dancing! I hear "dance" a million times a day when he begs for us to turn Pandora on the TV so he can jam out.

Summer 2015 was a fun one! We stayed very busy, and I enjoyed a lot of time at home with sully now that I'm working part time. I am very grateful for the ability to be able to do that. 

Next summer will bring new experiences for our family as baby Barribeau #2 is due June 13! We can't wait!

Our little Sully Monster is ONE! (1/26/15)

We had a great party with family and friends to celebrate our little man's first birthday. Sully loved being the star of the show! We went with a party theme of Monsters, Inc. which is perfect for our little Sully. Auntie Amber made the cake and cupcakes- they were adorable!

Happy 1st birthday to our sweet Sullivan Scott! You have brought us more love and joy than we could have ever dreamed of. Thanks for making life so fun. We love you angel!

10 &11 months update

The holidays came and went, a few sicknesses came and went and just like that over 2 months have passed! Since we will have a one year old in a few days, I figured I should post an update of 10 and 11 months.

*sully got his two top teeth on thanksgiving night (11/27/14). He was up whining at night for dad and was knawing on his blanket until his little gums were bleeding. He made sure those teeth popped through by morning! Now he has the perfect cheesy grin!

*officially crawling as of 12/1/14. And he's quick! His favorite thing to do is crawl into the kitchen and get into the dog dishes or open the drawer with kitchen towels and pull them all out. Trouble!!

*clapping his hands and dancing to music, giving high fives on command 

*pulls up to his knees to kneel and play 

*first word: "dada" on 12/6... And dada sure loved that! 

*eating everything that we eat - favorites are: eggs, bananas, broccoli, toast, yogurt, watermelon, pasta, crackers and cheese. 

*wearing size 4 diapers and 12 or 18 month clothes
